The science teachers used a modified Learning Resource Assessment Tool developed by Prince Edward Island 2008 in evaluating the K-12 material. Results revealed that the learner’s material is satisfactory in terms of content, instructional design, and technical design. Berwisata ke Janjang Seribu Janjang seribu adalah sebutan untuk seribu tangga yang dibuat khusus untuk mencapai gunung merah putih. Janjang seribu tepat berlokasi di Kabupaten Solok daerah Sulit Air. Gunung tersebut memiliki dinding bewarna merah dan putih sehingga dinamakan gunung merah dan gunung putih. Ketika melalui objek wisata janjang seribu, pengunjung akan melihat pemandangan pegunungan, lembah, bukit, sungai dan pemukiman masyarakat. Tangga ini sendiri dibangun oleh masyarakat setempat yang mengumpulkan dana swadaya dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah mencapai puncak gunung merah putih. Mengembangkan Objek Wisata Janjang Seribu Keindahan wisata ini memang sangat memukau. Namun sangat disayangkan karena janjang wisata belum terlalu populer dan dikembangkan untuk menjadi lokasi wisata yang diunggulkan. Lain halnya dengan jam gadang, Ngarai Sianok ataupun pasar atas yang memang merupakan destinasi wisata unggulan di Sumatera Barat. Jika Janjang Seribu lebih dikembangkan lagi, maka bisa menjadi sarana penggerak perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Hasil-hasil pertanian tentunya akan mudah dipasarkan. Selain ini penghasilan masyarakat setempat melalui seni kerajinan juga akan meningkat jika diimbangi dengan banyaknya wisatawan yang berkunjung ke objek wisata ini. Janjang Seribu bisa menjadi primadona unggulan di Sumatera Barat. Berbeda halnya dengan realita saat ini dimana untuk menuju daerah sulit air pun tidak terlalu mudah dan belum ada penginapannya yang berada di daerah ini. paling pengunjung hanya bisa menginap di Solok dan mempunyai kendaraan sendiri untuk menuju Sulit Air. Potensi wisata di daerah Sulit Air memang bisa lebih dikembangkan lagi. Selain menggerakkan perekonomian penduduk setempat, hal ini juga bisa menjadi variasi dan alternatif tempat wisata bagi orang-orang yang ingin berlibur ke tempat ini.*
